About the Role

This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate for Goalsetters Career & Workforce Development. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for prospecting new customers, building relationships with existing clientele, and closing deals. They will also use a consultative sales approach to educate and provide customers with the best solutions to their career and business needs.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in commission-based sales is preferred

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as a team player

  • Familiarity with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Familiar with selling service-based businesses

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
